1. Services & Warranty
Neduhla Auto Service provides brake repair, electrical diagnostics, and suspension services. All work is guaranteed for 30 days from completion. Warranty excludes wear-and-tear items and customer misuse.
2. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon service completion. We accept cash, debit cards, and credit cards. A 20% deposit is required for major repairs exceeding RM2,000.
3. Liability Limitation
Neduhla is not liable for damages resulting from customer-modified vehicles or pre-existing conditions not disclosed. Our liability is limited to the service cost paid.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made 24 hours before appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a RM50 administrative fee.
5. Data & Privacy
We collect personal information solely for service delivery and communication. Data is processed in accordance with GDPR and Malaysian data protection laws. See our Privacy Policy for details.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our website is owned by Neduhla. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
